I realise I’m a bit slack when it comes to posting updates here, but better late than never!
I had two cracking gigs in the Orkney Blues Festival last month with Los Acousticos Bandidos alongside my partner in crime Scotty. We opened for the fantastic Ian Siegal in Burray, then played the Royal in Stromness the next day. Also squeezed in a couple of sessions too.
This weekend I’m playing two gigs in the world famous Orkney Folk Festival, first with Freilach (playing Eastern European Klezmer music) and then with my trio The Hot Club of Orkney, featuring Jeff Moore on fiddle and Iain Tait on double bass. I won’t bother posting ticket links, as both gigs are sold out!
